Sugar CON 2010 will gather SugarCRM users, developers, partners and experts from around the world. The Lampada Global attend this event very well represented by two major contributors: David O `Keefe, CEO and Andre Lopes, Senior Programmer. David ha i presentation entitled "Portals - Extending SugarCRM to Your Clients and Partners (Portals - How to Extend SugarCRM to Your Customers and Partners). The lecture discusses the entire process, from planning to implementation of the portal to reach the goals, citing examples used by Lam pada Global, among others. Andrew will participate in a Roundtable s bout "How Extending SugarCRM," where the answer technical questions from the audience. The most interesting is that Andre is the only participant who is not an employee of SugarCRM, but a mate. The agenda of the event also includes lectures by business leaders and professionals on the future of CRM and the economy, prior to a product, planned resources, and new product launches, plus the opportunity to share best practices, CRM and Open Source.
